Shipping Policy

Free shipping to the entire Malaysia for orders above RM250.

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout page.

For International orders, we will source for the best shipping rates for you! Send us your shopping list at dearkidz.my@gmail.com together with your full address and we will sort out the rest for you.

All orders will be processed within 2 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, the delivery lead time varies depending on our courier partners. Generally, it takes around 2 to 5 business days for West Malaysia and 3 to 10 business days for East Malaysia. 

Kindly note that estimated delivery times can vary based on where your shipping address and particularly over peak seasons. Due to current COVID-19 situation, transit times can be stretched and unanticipated delays can be expected. We do not provide cancellation or refund for reasons pertaining to delivery delays

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped out. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
